Viewing, Filtering, and Managing Your Leads

Effectively managing your leads is essential for growing your business and maintaining clean, compliant mailing lists. Scalelup provides powerful tools to help you view, filter, and manage every contact collected through your landing pages. Here’s how you can stay organized and make the most of your new leads.

1. Accessing Your Leads

  • Go to the Marketing Tools section by clicking "Landing Pages" in the main menu.

  • Click on "Mailing Lists" to see all your existing lists.

  • Select the mailing list you want to manage and click "Open List".

  • You’ll see an overview of your lead statistics, including:

    • Number of new leads in the last 24 hours and 7 days

    • Total number of contacts

    • Number of verified (double opt-in) leads

2. Viewing Your Lead List

  • In the Subscribers section, you’ll find a table of all collected leads.

  • For each contact, you can see:

    • Country

    • Date of lead collection

    • Name

    • Email address

    • Verification status

    • The page that generated the lead

  • Click on any contact to view detailed information, including their status and submission details.

3. Filtering Leads

  • Use the filter icon in the upper right above the list of contacts.

  • Filter your leads based on their verification status:

    • Show only verified leads (those who completed the double opt-in)

    • Show only unverified leads (those who have not confirmed their email)

  • This makes it easy to focus on active subscribers or follow up with unverified contacts.

4. Managing Leads

  • View details:
    Click any contact to open their detail page.

  • Delete a contact:
    If you need to remove a lead, click the trash can icon in the contact’s detail view. This permanently deletes the contact from your mailing list.

  • Monitor list health:
    Regularly review your list to remove invalid or unresponsive contacts and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

  • Focus on verified leads for your marketing campaigns for best results and compliance.

  • Regularly clean your list by removing unverified or inactive contacts.

  • Respect privacy and never use your leads for unsolicited or non-compliant communications.

  • Segment your lists to send more targeted, relevant messages to different groups.
