How to Link an Autoresponder to a Mailing List

  1. Access Mailing Lists: Go to the "Marketing Tools" section by clicking "Landing Pages" in the main menu.
    Click "Mailing Lists" to view your existing lists.

  2. Select Your Mailing List: Find the mailing list you want to use and click "Open List".

  3. Set the Autoresponder: Click the "Set Autoresponder" button in the mailing list detail view.

  4. Choose Your Autoresponder: A pop-up window will appear listing your available autoresponders. Select the one you wish to connect and click "Save".

  5. Confirmation: The selected autoresponder is now linked. All future leads joining this mailing list will automatically enter your email series.

Important Notes

  • One Autoresponder per List: Each mailing list can have only one active autoresponder at a time.

  • Multiple Lists: The same autoresponder can be connected to several different mailing lists.

  • Existing Contacts: Only new contacts added to the mailing list after the autoresponder is linked will receive the sequence. Existing subscribers will not be enrolled retroactively.

  • Changing or Removing Autoresponders: You can update or disconnect an autoresponder from a mailing list at any time. Previously enrolled contacts will continue to receive the emails from the autoresponder that was active at the time they signed up.
