    • Your Ad Plan has expired or reached its monthly sending limit.

    • Missing or incomplete required sender information in your mailing list settings.

  • How to Fix:

    • Verify that the autoresponder is linked to the correct mailing list.

    • Check the status toggles for both the autoresponder and each message.

    • Ensure your Ad Plan is active and within your email quota.

    • Complete all required mailing list fields (name, address, reply email).

Contacts Not Receiving Emails

  • Possible Causes:

    • The contact has not verified their email address (double opt-in incomplete).

    • The contact was added to the mailing list before the autoresponder was connected.

    • The contact unsubscribed or was removed from the list.
